Rockeater Breaker Steels are guaranteed by Caldervale Forge against defects in raw material and workmanship (full details are available in our Terms of Sale). No other warranty is implied or expressed. Caldervale’s liability in respect of any warranty claims is limited to tool replacement and does not extend to any consequential or other expenditure incurred. Warranty claims are subject to immediate notification of any problem in writing and the return of Breaker steels to the company’s premises incurring no further liability to Caldervale Forge.
